The EU interventions in Ukraine help generate and sustain jobs, stimulate higher SME growth, and expand SME exports.
In 2022, under the EU4Business initiative, the EU funded 42 diverse projects with a total of over EUR 246 million, benefiting 25,522 SMEs. Together, the projects generated around 23,750 new jobs and drove a notable 18% increase in the total turnover of SMEs in Ukraine.
